ARPA Funding
Will we lose the $1.57 million dollars in ARPA funding?
No. At the November 18th Town Council meeting, the Town Manager made it clear that we would not lose the money if we don’t spend it on this proposal. "They will not be lost" - Frederick Presley, Town Manager
What will we spend it on instead?
Not sure, but we have plenty of worthwhile projects. "We'll make sure we don't lose the funds. I'm working with the finance director, we're speaking to the Auditors about the rules around that and what we can and can't do, but we're pretty confident that we'll be able to lock the money up and use it for other things." - Frederick Presley, Town Manager
